Why work sucks
Some days it just doesn’t pay enough to show up at work. It isn’t unbearably busy, it is non stop, but not throw your hands in the air and start screaming for mercy type of busy. What is frustrating is that the people who are supposed to releive the day crew are just bleeping Idiots. They show up late every day, do little to no work while here and make it unbearably difficult for the day shift to actually have time to do patient care.
What does hospital management do about this continuing problem? Nothing. That is right, not a damn thing. Someone on the night shift calls and says “I am going to be four hours late tonight” the rational person would think that something would happen right? Not here, No Sir-we Bob. Don’t worry about it day shift will cover for ya!
It’s not like I really wanted to run that 25 man with the new guild alliance tonight anyway.
Makes me want to scream!
